Terms and Conditions
The Musicians LLC gives you the option to return purchased item(s), not music lessons, as that is subject to use of the first lesson. Any order that has been shipped can be returned within 07 days from the date of the purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or a cancellation. All returns must be authorized under The Musicians’ discretion.
Please note the following conditions:
Returns can be processed only if the products pass our inspection and meet the conditions listen below.
1. We accept returns within 07 days from the date of online purchase, only if:
Delivery packaging has not been opened, has remained sealed in its original packaging with all The Musicians LLC tags, and the original invoice.
You received damaged goods or wrong product(s) from our end.
It’s not been tampered with and there are no missing serial numbers.
2. Return charges will be a flat rate of AED 18.
3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Discounted sale items cannot be returned for any reason unless you have received a wrong item from our end.
If all of these conditions are met, kindly arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us by using the process below:
Contact us via WhatsApp number using the following icon to request a return for your item. We might ask you to send us detailed pictures of the product.
Alternatively, you can send us an email to email@example.com. Kindly add in the subject "Shopping Return Request".
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE (currently only) by following the steps below:
• Our courier partner will contact you to schedule the pickup time following receipt of The Musicians LLC’s authorization
• Kindly pack the item in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in a good condition
• The return must be accompanied by the packing list that came with your order
• Attach the pre-printed address label to your package
• Once the package is shipped to us, kindly await confirmation of receiving your return
• Kindly request a “Proof of Postage” receipt from our courier provider
• Keep the “Proof of postage” receipt safe until we have confirmed that your return has reached us
• Refunds will only be processed after completing the “Return process”
• After approval, we will issue a refund of the full value of the undamaged item(s), excluding (where applicable) the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees of 18AED; although, it is not mentioned in the invoice, as we usually pay the fees to our partners for successful sales.
Receiving your refund:
If applicable (for returning a wrong item/s), the refund will include the original order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties.
Kindly be aware that the below varies by payment methods and banks. Once we receive your order back, it will go under inspection, and if it meets the return conditions, we will contact you to confirm the refund and issue as follow:
Cash on delivery or bank transfer:
If you choose to get the refund as a store credit, we will contact you with the details for your amount
If you choose to get the refund as a cash back, we will process that as a bank transfer to your account. We will contact you to get your IBAN number to proceed with your refund. Refund through bank transfer might take between 7 to 15 working days.
Credit card payments:
• Your refund will be processed via the following methods: credit card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase
• If the refund will go to your card, expect the payment within 30 days from the day we receive the product. If your refund is a store credit, you will receive a refund within 4 working days after your product is received back and inspected. The credit store can be used for shopping again or against music lessons
• If you have canceled your order before shipping, we will provide a store credit within 4 working days from the cancellation, or within 30 days, if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card
• If the received item(s) does not meet our return policy, we will inform you via email. You will not be entitled to a refund
We are currently not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and you should place a new order.
Gift orders and gift items can be returned if you have a confirmation from the original purchaser. Only then, will you be able to receive credit for the returned value. If it was shipped directly to person who purchased it, they will receive the credit.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org; the total value of the item(s) will be refunded, that does not apply to delivery charges. Return payment will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Kindly be aware as a refund transfer might take up to 45 days.
If you can cancel your order before it gets processed and dispatched for delivery, you will not be charged for it. In this case, you should contact us at email@example.com or by calling us on our toll-free number 8008664 or through WhatsApp by clicking on the following icon as soon as possible to make the cancellation.
