Delivery within the UAE:

 

Timings: Standard shipping - orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on time of a day the purchase was made as well as a date of receiving an order confirmation email. 

Fast shipping -  1 to 2 working days depending on time of a day the purchase was made as well as a date of receiving an order confirmation email. 

We do our best to deliver your purchased products as soon as possible; however, there could be some delays during National Holidays or for delivery to Remote Areas outside Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi mainland. In this case, the delivery time may vary. Shipping will be done by our delivery partner.

Delivery charges: If applicable, it will be added to the price on an order form during the checkout phase.

Remote Areas: If you are not sure if your area is considered a remote area or not, kindly check the list: UAE ODA list

• Card payment on delivery is not available. If you fail to receive your delivery by the second attempt, you may be charged an additional fee

• Return charges will be a flat rate of AED 20.

Scheduling deliveries:

​

Once your order has been dispatched, for standard delivery in the UAE you will be contacted by our courier partner only if the first attempted for delivery has failed to schedule a suitable time for delivery, otherwise, delivery will happen as soon as the delivery partner is in your area.

 

Orders received on a weekend (Fridays and Saturdays), public holidays, and/or outside of our standard working hours (10:00 am – 9:00 pm) will be dispatched the next UAE working day after a date order was confirmed; multiple orders may be consolidated into one delivery.

Orders are delivered during business days, Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays. It is advisable to place your order before 11:00 am if you want to receive an order for the following day. We are strongly committed to delivering during the timelines estimated in our order confirmation; although, those delivery timings are estimated only, not guaranteed. If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of the order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund.

 

Orders may not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

 

Tracking your order: Once you receive an email confirming with your order has been shipped, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +971-800-8664 to track your shipment. Kindly add info@themusiciansllc.com to your contacts to ensure our emails will not end up in your spam folder.

 

Kindly provide your full address along with your contact details to avoid any delivery delay. If no one is available to accept the delivery of your order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date with our delivery partner.

Delivery free of charge:

On all orders from AED 250 and above. This will fall under the Standard Shipping time frame not fast shipping.

Delivery within GCC countries:

Timings: The Musicians LLC delivers to Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait (KWT), Bahrain (BAH) and Oman (OMN). Orders are expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on time of a day the purchase was made as well as a date of receiving an order confirmation email.       We do our best to deliver your purchased products as soon as possible; however, there could be some delays during National Holidays or for delivery to Remote Areas. In this case, delivery time may vary. Shipping will be done by our delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery:

If you choose to pay cash on delivery, we request you kindly to ask our courier partner for a receipt. No returns can be processed without a payment receipt.
